Gosh, such a long time with no updates…I think you need to blame our (not so) new addition to the family for that and my return to work.
Anyway, I’ve been spending a lot of time over at Pinterest trying to muster some inspiration. You can follow me if you like: https://pinterest.com/madestuff/. One of the many amazing ideas I picked up there recently was to draw on mugs and plates with a Sharpie pen, bake it in the oven and just like that we have a permanent image on our mug.
The image I chose was from my zentangles practice. I love these flowers.
Have you noticed that Pinterest is changing the way people blog…more info in the pictures themselves these days. I’m learning, but not the best with a camera anyway. I think Alasdair should take over the photography aspect of our blog.
I’m so doing this to update our Christmas plate: Santa’s Got a Lot on his Plate. It has to be easier than that porcelain pen.
