Having tried and failed spectacularly to spin on a spinning wheel, I purchased a drop spindle spinning starter kit from hilltopkatie and this is the result of two day’s messing with it…it makes me happy although I’m not entirely sure what to do with the resulting 50g of wool?
Picture shows the ball of unspun wool that created the spun wool you see on the spindle.
